We are happy to offer booking direct to save our guests service fees. Reserving your dates is easy! A signed rental agreement, a copy of your driver's license and 50% of the stay is required to reserve your dates. The remaining half is due 45 days before the start of the stay. Cancellation policy: Get a 100% refund if you cancel with at least 90 days notice as of noon of the date of arrival. Trip insurance is recommended. Deposits are refunded within 14 days of checkout. Payment is processed using Square, a secure online payment system that is also used in a lot of store fronts in the US. Sorry, no checks or wire transfers are accepted.

Standard rates range from as low as $219 in off peak season to $299 per night in peak season. Holidays and event dates can be additional. We offer a 8% discount for stays of 7+ days. Typically a 3 night stay is required. However, holidays and event times can require a longer stay.

  • Cleaning Fee: $135

  • Lodging Tax: 9.75%

DOUG’S WAY . Sleeps up to 6 (main floor only) or 10 (whole house) in 2 or 4 bedrooms . 3.5 bath . Fiber Optic Internet . 2200 sq. Ft./4100 sq.ft.

Dougs Way can be rented as a main floor only or as the whole house. Either way you rent you will be the only people on the property. Main floor rentals start at $229 Per night depending on season. The whole house starts at $425.

  • Cleaning Fee: $170 (main floor only) $270 (whole house)

  • Lodging Tax: 9.75%

VRBO is the oldest and most popular vacation rental site in America. HomeAway is their sister site. They are both owned by Expedia. We use them to manage our reservations, calendar, and to process payments safely and securely for our guests. Our guests like them because  their fees typically are lower than other listing sites.

We welcome Airbnb guests! An up n' comer, guests like Airbnb because they have an easy to use interface and they offer properties all over the globe. Typically payment in full is due to reserve your dates. Airbnb holds the payment until the day after checkin. Deposits are also held by them and refunded automatically 14 days after checkout unless a claim has been filed.
